A Path to Carry Less
The Art of Living Light
A restorative wellness framework for releasing what no longer serves you, restoring what matters, and living with greater clarity, steadiness, and ease. Designed for the realities women carry every day, this year’s framework offers four essential practices for creating a life that feels less burdened and more aligned. Each pillar supports emotional, physical, and spiritual lightness.
Release
Release heaviness you no longer need. Make space for clarity, peace, and possibility.
Reclaim
Reclaim what restores you. This phase is about remembering what’s always been yours.
Root
Root into your values and create structure for a life that reflects your deepest truth.
Radiate
Radiate from the inside out. Share your light with the world through presence and purpose.
Four Practices, One Living Rhythm
How Lightness
is a Way of Life
A woman’s journey is far more than a series of life stages. It is an ever-evolving rhythm of identity, emotion, connection, and purpose. This year’s invitation into The Art of Living Light is not about becoming someone new, but about relating to your life with greater ease, presence, and truth — so that what matters most is no longer overshadowed by what weighs you down.
The four practices of Release, Reclaim, Root, and Radiate are living movements you return to as life changes, each one continually informing the others. As you release what feels heavy, space opens to reclaim what restores you. As you root in what sustains you, clarity begins to shape how you move, choose, and radiate what feels true.
Over time, each practice deepens the next. What you let go of creates room for what nourishes you. What restores you strengthens your capacity to live more fully in alignment with your values. And what becomes grounded within begins to shape how you show up in your relationships, your work, your family, and the quiet rhythms of daily life.
Together, these practices create a gentler, steadier way of living — one guided less by pressure and performance, and more by discernment, softness, and strength. This is a quiet transformation: a return to yourself, a reconnection to what matters most, and an invitation to live with greater lightness, clarity, and intention.

Born From a Defining Moment
The Story That Sparked a Movement
It began in a hospital room. A diagnosis. A moment of stillness after a life lived in motion. In 2016, Tracy faced a life-threatening health crisis that changed everything — not just her lifestyle, but her purpose. In the chaos of uncertainty, she didn’t just survive. She saw a vision. Not for recovery alone, but for rebirth — her own, and eventually so many others’.
Unwrap the Best You was born not from despair, but from design: to create the kind of wellness experience the world was missing — one that honors the whole woman. Not just her symptoms, but her story. Not just her performance, but her presence.
But this isn’t just a wellness event. This is a recalibration point. A sanctuary. A launchpad. A room full of women who are no longer waiting to be invited into their lives — they are claiming them, fully. Some come to heal. Others come to rise. Many come already whole — but ready to live even more fully aligned.
This three-day immersive experience is a convergence of community, clarity, and conscious leadership. With heart-centered speakers, immersive workshops, and storytelling that peels back the noise, women reconnect with their best selves — and with each other.
You won’t be asked to fix yourself. You’ll be invited to feel, to rise, and to live more truthfully. Because this isn’t about becoming someone new. It’s about remembering who you are — and unapologetically becoming more of her.
This is Unwrap the Best You. It’s not just a retreat. It’s a return. Not just to health. To wholeness. To leadership. To you.

Hear from the women whose lives have been touched, transformed, and elevated through the Unwrap the BEST You experience.
There were so many uncommonly wonderful things about the Unwrap event. I felt welcomed, safe and was inspired by stories shared on the stage and off. Tracy as Emcee created that atmosphere throughout the event. I learned, I was moved, I was inspired.

Unwrap the BEST You helped me unwrap all of my senses in regards to myself. Every speaker had some type of message that I could grasp and take with me and best of all – remember and apply! You and your speakers were outstanding yet personal. It was not just the speakers though, it was the entire atmosphere.
Holly Tanner
I attended the ‘Unwrap the Best of You’ conference with the intention of giving back and sharing stuff that has helped me grow as a person. I wrote, ‘Quit my full-time job and focus on giving back with my business.’ I’m thrilled that I actually took the steps to do that.
Michelle Burke
As I walked into the Unwrap the Best you – I was unsure about what to expect. As we went thru the day we heard inspiring story after inspiring story. The Unwrap the BEST you event let women, like myself, feel safe and able to open up to one another. I made meaningful relationships.
